As suspicion clutches the netherworld
The inquisition leads the purge
For the empire must be built anew
From the ruins of the former vassal

As the fallen clench their fists
In futile attempts to cling on
They must fret no more
About the conflicts… of…. life !

She treads on fear and hatred
As truth becomes her fallible asset
Societal warfare rewritten
In appalling disregard for life

Under the thumb of a messiah
Death awaits all dissidents
She swiftly brings subjugation
Her Iron fists conquer through… suffering

Pawns sucked into her fantasy
Worship her in mystical reverence
Like swarms… of ravens
They mark the omens of death

As she demands adherence
To her doctrine
Treason remains the test
for sanity

She is their tormentor
And their inquisitor
She is their master
Yet, their only friend

Screams of mortals echo the frenzied trenches
Where mutants trample over
The corpses of the many beloved
That now exist only in memories

Her oligarchs fight a grotesque war
A dark aura fills the sombre night
While innocents tangled in the crossfires
Clamour for mercy !
